Met precisie, luisterbereidheid en teamgeest waakt zij elke dag over het welzijn en de veiligheid van haar collega\u2019s.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"318\" data-end=\"1216\"><strong data-start=\"318\" data-end=\"414\">Hallo Nathalie, kunt u ons iets vertellen over uw parcours en uw komst naar het OCMW Elsene?<\/strong><br data-start=\"414\" data-end=\"417\" \/>Ik heb een diploma architectuur en heb eerst gewerkt op een studiebureau, daarna bij de technische dienst van een ziekenhuis. Vervolgens ben ik acht jaar aan de slag gegaan bij een regionale administratie, binnen een cel die opdrachtgevers begeleidde bij hun projecten. Daar was ik verantwoordelijk voor de overheidsopdrachten om ontwerpers aan te stellen. In die periode kreeg ik de kans om preventieadviseur te worden. Dat beroep was mij al bekend, want in het ziekenhuis waar ik werkte, moesten alle projecten worden goedgekeurd door de preventieadviseur v\u00f3\u00f3r de uitvoering. Bovendien had ik het certificaat van preventieadviseur niveau 1 behaald na een postuniversitaire opleiding van een jaar. Na een passage op federaal niveau zet ik mijn ervaring vandaag in ten dienste van het OCMW Elsene.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1650\"><strong data-start=\"1218\" data-end=\"1258\">Wat is uw rol als preventieadviseur?<\/strong><br data-start=\"1258\" data-end=\"1261\" \/>Ik ondersteun de werkgever, de hi\u00ebrarchische verantwoordelijken en de werknemers bij de toepassing van de welzijnswet op het werk. Dit omvat veiligheid, hygi\u00ebne, gezondheid, psychosociale aspecten, ergonomie, verfraaiing van de werkplekken en de werkomgeving. Voor bepaalde domeinen, zoals arbeidsgeneeskunde of psychosociale risico\u2019s, doen we een beroep op onze externe dienst, Coh\u00e9zio.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1872\"><strong data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"1715\">Kunt u wat meer vertellen over deze psychosociale risico\u2019s?<\/strong><br data-start=\"1715\" data-end=\"1718\" \/>Die hebben betrekking op situaties zoals stress, burn-out, conflicten of pesterijen. De gespecialiseerde adviseurs van Coh\u00e9zio behandelen deze dossiers.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1874\" data-end=\"2334\"><strong data-start=\"1874\" data-end=\"1938\">Welke kwaliteiten zijn volgens u essentieel voor dit beroep?<\/strong><br data-start=\"1938\" data-end=\"1941\" \/>Samenwerking met de verschillende diensten \u2014 sociale, technische, administratieve \u2014 maar ook met de teams van de woonzorgcentra. Mijn technische achtergrond laat me toe om concrete aanbevelingen te doen over gebouwveiligheid. Mijn analytische geest helpt me om problemen in hun geheel te begrijpen, terwijl empathie en assertiviteit essentieel zijn om een constructieve dialoog op te bouwen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2742\"><strong data-start=\"2336\" data-end=\"2376\">Hoe ziet een typische werkdag eruit?<\/strong><br data-start=\"2376\" data-end=\"2379\" \/>Die is zelden vastomlijnd. Mijn planning blijft flexibel om op onvoorziene situaties te kunnen inspelen. Ik overleg regelmatig met de teams, die zeer uiteenlopende realiteiten kennen. In vergelijking met mijn vroegere, meer administratieve functie, werk ik hier met een grote diversiteit aan beroepen en risico\u2019s \u2014 van arbeiders tot personeel in woonzorgcentra.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2744\" data-end=\"3018\"><strong data-start=\"2744\" data-end=\"2779\">Wat zijn die concrete risico\u2019s?<\/strong><br data-start=\"2779\" data-end=\"2782\" \/>Arbeiders kunnen geconfronteerd worden met vallen of struikelen op de werf. Zorgverleners kunnen last krijgen van spier- en skeletaandoeningen door het tillen van bewoners. De risico\u2019s zijn talrijk en sterk afhankelijk van het beroep.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3020\" data-end=\"3635\"><strong data-start=\"3020\" data-end=\"3080\">Met welke uitdagingen wordt u het vaakst geconfronteerd?<\/strong><br data-start=\"3080\" data-end=\"3083\" \/>Een van de grootste uitdagingen is het beantwoorden aan de verwachtingen na een lange periode zonder interne preventieadviseur. Ik moet zowel het dagelijkse opvolgingswerk verzekeren als duurzame procedures opzetten, bijvoorbeeld voor medische onderzoeken.<br data-start=\"3339\" data-end=\"3342\" \/>Recent heb ik een brandoefening geco\u00f6rdineerd in het woonzorgcentrum <em data-start=\"3411\" data-end=\"3430\">Les Heures Douces<\/em>. In tegenstelling tot een administratief gebouw evacueert men de bewoners niet, maar worden ze in hun compartiment gehouden. Zo\u2019n oefening vereist nauwe samenwerking met de teams \u2014 het is echt teamwerk.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3637\" data-end=\"4179\"><strong data-start=\"3637\" data-end=\"3693\">Hoe verloopt de samenwerking met de andere diensten?<\/strong><br data-start=\"3693\" data-end=\"3696\" \/>Medewerkers kunnen rechtstreeks contact met mij opnemen. We zoeken samen naar oplossingen en indien nodig formuleer ik aanbevelingen aan de verantwoordelijken. Soms meld ik ook problematische situaties aan mijn hi\u00ebrarchie. Ik herinner er steeds aan dat mijn rol bestaat uit het formuleren van aanbevelingen, maar dat de directie beslist over de uitvoering ervan. Sommige aanbevelingen kunnen meteen worden toegepast, terwijl andere een actieplan op jaar- of vijfjaarbasis vereisen.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4181\" data-end=\"4521\"><strong data-start=\"4181\" data-end=\"4217\">Wat zijn uw korte-termijndoelen?<\/strong><br data-start=\"4217\" data-end=\"4220\" \/>De dienst en mijn rol beter bekendmaken. Veel mensen weten niet precies wat een preventieadviseur doet. Ik kom dagelijks in contact met zeer uiteenlopende profielen, wat me verplicht om voortdurend bij te leren en mijn kennis up-to-date te houden, want de normen en praktijken evolueren voortdurend.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4523\" data-end=\"4801\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><strong data-start=\"4523\" data-end=\"4564\">Wat motiveert u het meest in uw werk?<\/strong><br data-start=\"4564\" data-end=\"4567\" \/>Erkend worden in mijn rol als preventieadviseur, om zo dit beroep te promoten dat essentieel is voor het collectieve welzijn. Die erkenning geeft betekenis aan mijn werk \u2014 en ik denk dat we daar allemaal behoefte aan hebben.
